Bill was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to Boise in his teens. After completing a Bachelor’s degree at Boise State University, Bill received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho in 1995. Bill was in-house counsel at Albertson’s, Inc. for 10 years before joining RS Hosac in 2005.
Bill has been involved in real estate development since joining RS Hosac. His responsibilities include all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, finance, construction, leasing, and asset management.
Bill currently lives in Boise.
