Nate was raised in Boise and returned to join RS Hosac in January 2000. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University in 1998, Nate spent 2 years working with D&B Commercial Real Estate, Utah County's largest commercial brokerage.
Nate is a full partner in RS Hosac. His responsibilities include all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, finance, construction, leasing and asset management.
Nate is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a holds a State of Idaho Real Estate License.
Nate and Heather live in West Boise with their four children, Sam, Josh, Ava, and Sophia.
