Emerald Tech Center
Emerald Tech Center (ETC) is one of Boise Valley's newest office/tech parks.  The project came on-line in 1999 and offers affordable office/flex space in the heart of West Boise's premier office corridor.  Presently the Emerald Tech Center is comprised of 12 buildings totaling nearly 250,000 square feet; when completed, the ETC will house 14 buildings with over 300,000 square feet.

A strategic location gives tenants at the ETC quick and easy access to the freeway and downtown, as well as being minutes away from amenities such as restaurants, hotels, entertainment, and the Boise Towne Square Mall.

Knowing that nearly all businesses today have high-tech needs and equipment, Emerald Tech Center has been built with the services and infrastructure, redundant Fiber-optics as an example, in place to ensure that tenants here are able to maximize the benefits accompanying today's technology.
