Bob Hosac
President/Owner

Bob was born and raised in Boise.  After completing his Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education from the University of Idaho, he taught History at the secondary level for five years and served as a High School Vice-Principal for two years.  Although Education was highly rewarding, he saw great promise in Boise's growth and began Residential Development and construction in 1977.  Bob was involved in the design, development, and construction of residential subdivisions and homes for 12 years.  In 1989, he expanded into Commercial Real Estate, obtaining his Idaho Brokers license in 1991.  Currently, Bob is developing office and industrial buildings.

Bob is married to Kristine (Tina) Smith from Rexburg, ID.  They have been married for 35 years, have three children and five grand-children.  Traveling and life with Tina, the grandkids, and work are the focus of his life.
