NATE W. HOSAC
Vice-President, RS Hosac, Inc.
Nate was raised in Boise and returned to join RS Hosac in
January 2000. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Business
Finance from Brigham Young University in 1998, Nate spent 2
years working with D&B Commercial Real Estate, Utah County's
largest commercial brokerage. While at D&B Commercial, Nate
gained invaluable experience in the sales and leasing of
industrial and office space.
Nate has been involved in Real Estate development
since his return to Boise. His responsibilities at RS
Hosac include all aspects of the development
process, including site acquisition, finance, construction,
leasing and asset management.
Nate is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Nate lives in west Boise with his wife Heather and three
children, Sam, Josh and Ava. |
